We are searching for someone to join our dynamic team who shares the same passion and mission. We are looking for a Program Manager to join the Notre Dame Initiative on Race and Resilience (IRR).

Who we are: Led by Notre Dame’s College of Arts and Letters with additional support from the Office of the Provost, the Initiative on Race and Resilience (IRR) serves as the site at which a community of scholars, teachers, students, artists, and community organizers gathers to develop and advance their respective projects, exchange ideas, and celebrate the expressive cultures of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) communities.

Our mission is to challenge systemic racism and to advance racial equality through research, education, and community empowerment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position provides program support for the Initiative on Race and Resilience (IRR) and works closely with IRR leadership on the execution of projects and the development of new initiatives on campus and in the community, toward the mission of challenging systemic racism and promoting racial equality through scholarship, education, and community empowerment. This position reports to the IRR Director with an indirect report to both of the Associate Directors. The position will assist in the growing advancement and stewardship work as needed.
